I have been providing Reiki treatments, therapeutic massage, and bodywork since 2009.  I specialize in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation), Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue massage, and managing chronic pain.  Every treatment is individually tailored based upon a consultation at the beginning of every session, and ends with after care suggestions.

Recently, I have also added Breathwork to my practice.  It utilizes the power of controlled breath to instigate a somatic response within the body.  It helps to gain clarity, release stuck emotional patterns and provides a deep sense of relief.  It is extremely beneficial for individuals who have been through Trauma, have PTSD, and have anxiety and fear on a regular basis.  I will be having group sessions in the near future, but will always have individual sessions available at my home studio.

There is great care given in providing a relaxing and caring atmosphere where one does not feel rushed.  The studio provides a safe environment with state of the art hydraulic table, hypo-allergenic massage gel, personalized music stations, and new sheets and blanket for every client. 

My clientele spans a whole gamut from the athlete to the sedentary, from the young to the young at heart, from acute injuries to chronic pain.  I also provide Reiki sessions as well as work with scar tissue after major surgeries.  Whatever your current situation or ailment is, rest assured that I will take the time to consult, discuss, and provide you with the best plan of action to help you reach your therapeutic bodywork goals.
